De qué me encargo como staff
Moderación y soporte a jugadores
- Gestionar reportes de staff y de jugadores
- Moderar el chat, ayudar a los jugadores y mantener un ambiente positivo
- Gestionar tickets, apelaciones y el soporte general a jugadores
- Dar soporte a los sistemas de moderación, tanto en el juego como en Discord
- Mantener la comunidad segura, respetuosa y agradable para todos
- Ayudar a resolver conflictos entre staff o jugadores
- Tomar decisiones justas e imparciales en las disputas
- Atender quejas y comentarios con educación y profesionalidad
- Mantener positivas y respetuosas las interacciones entre jugadores
Liderar equipos de staff
- Formar y guiar a los nuevos miembros del staff
- Gestionar el servidor de Discord del staff y la comunicación interna
- Configurar y gestionar los rangos y permisos del staff (en el juego y en Discord)
- Revisar solicitudes de staff, hacer entrevistas y aceptar o rechazar candidaturas
- Ayudar a organizar el equipo de staff y asegurar una buena coordinación
- Supervisar la actividad del staff y dar feedback cuando hace falta
- Fomentar el trabajo en equipo, la imparcialidad y la profesionalidad en todo el equipo
- Dirigir reuniones y debates del staff
- Mantener al equipo motivado y organizado
Comunidad y eventos
- Organizar eventos y actividades de la comunidad y ayudar en ellos
- Apoyar nuevas ideas y mejoras para el servidor
- Dar la bienvenida a los nuevos miembros y hacer que se sientan incluidos
- Redactar anuncios y novedades para la comunidad
- Atraer nuevos miembros al servidor
- Redactar o actualizar la documentación y las normas del servidor
Construcción y parte técnica
- Gestionar reportes de bugs, probar plugins y detectar problemas
- Construir mapas, spawns y estructuras para eventos del servidor
- Probar actualizaciones y nuevas funciones antes de su lanzamiento oficial
- Ayudar con los bots, los canales y la configuración del servidor de Discord
